Copying folders with custom icons fails.

use: Parallels on Mac OS X, with a bootcamp partition (I'm sure it would be the same with a virtual machine HD too)

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Go to the Parallels / Windows desktop.
    2. Navigate to a Mac shared folder containing some files you want to copy - which includes a folder with a custom icon.
    3. Copy these files to a folder on the windows drive, like "My Documents"

Error message appears: "Cannot copy file 'Icon'. bad file name" (or some such, I didn't copy the error message exactly).

This is probably caused by the Mac OS (every since OS 7 I think) using a hidden file called "Icon\r" (programmers should get that one) to store the icon for a folder.

So... (IMO) the parallels tools should hide the incompatible file name from windows to prevent the error message from appearing, then the copy operation can be completed.

Bonus points for working out a way to put the custom icon onto the windows directory folder icon.... can that even be done?
