I have been using the boot camp option for the VM this weekend on RC1. Worked great.

Just re-booted into Bootcamp. and now my copy of Acrobat Pro 8 is not activated. I can't deactivate it or reactivate it.

    Anyone else try this?

Same thing happened to me, although I didn't put two and two together until I read your message. I thought it was simply a problem with Acrobat, though the deactivation does seem to be triggered by switching from Boot Camp to Parallels or vice versa. I've gone back to Acrobat 7 for now.

If you have installed a software that require activation (tied to hardware, such as the Adobe software you are using), then you will have reactivation problems if you attempt to use your Boot Camp partition under Parallels. I don't think this problem can be solved soon.

Blame the software companies who use activation for this problem.

My suggestion is that if you have to use such softwares under Windows in Boot Camp, then do not attempt to use your Boot Camp Windows partition under Parallels.
