Imac 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo / Memory 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
    Mac OS x Version 10.5.6

    My Parallels:
    Build 4.0 build 3810
Originally had Parallels 3.0 and upgraded to 4.0 in December 2008.
Running XP Pro Version 5.1 [Build 2600.xpsp_sp3gdr.080814-1236:Service Pack 3]
    on an iMac

My Problems occuring since installing this build:
None of these items happened on my original upgrade to Parallels 4.0 build or in Parallels 3 - these are all new problems. Old Parallels ran "OK" but clunky.

    1. Can't get into coherence mode --

Parallels message: Unable to switch to the Coherence mode.
Check the Automatically capture and release the mouse pointer option in the virtual machine configuration and try again.
My response: When I go to Virtual Machine/Configuration/Services, the Automatically capture virtual mouse is checked in
a "grayed out box" and all the other boxes are checked in active boxees.

    2. Parallel Tools says it is installed but doesn't show up in my virtual machine --
In the Virtual Machine drop down it says Reinstall Parallels Tools and when I do it keeps coming back to the same state.
    No Tools show up.

    3. Can't share files with Mac

    4. Can't print to either virtual USB or non-USB printer [actually any printer] --

    5. Can't share mouse or automatically switch mouse from Mac to Parallels
