build 4128 dosn´t work (in germany?)

thank you very much dear parallels support team for not answering my mails and my requests for help.

as i learned 4125 didn´t support foreign language systems like my german version...
so it crashed my system.

then you brought 4128.
like 4125 it shows the vm window and quits parallels after 2 to 3 seconds...
