Here are the coherence issues I've discovered with build 5160: Microsoft OneNote 2007 puts its icon into the Windows XP notification area. I have my OneNote notification area icon set to open OneNote when I click on it. Prior to installing Parallels 3.0 Build 5160, starting OneNote 2007 from my Mac task bar would open the OneNote 2007 window. In build 5160, clicking on the OneNote 2007 icon does nothing. So, I deleted the OneNote 2007 icon from the Mac task bar. When I start OneNote 2007 using the Parallels Start button icon in my Mac task bar, the OneNote icon does not show up in the Mac task bar and I cannot Command+Tab to it from OS X. A very similar issue also occurs with Remote Desktop Connection. After starting RDC from the Parallels' Start button icon, the RDC icon does not show up in the Mac task bar and I cannot Command+Tab to it. Neither of these issues existed in the previous RC2 build of Parallels 3.0 and neither of these issues existing in the previous released build of Parallels 3.0. It appears that build 5160 has introduced both of these issues.
Without changing anything (at least, I don't think I changed anything), the icon for RDC starting showing up again inside my Mac dock. It also showed up when pressing Command+Tab. OneNote 2007 still does not show up in either place.
