Build 5584 fixed all of my problems!

I kept getting this message every time I fired up Parallels:

C My boot camp
Timed out waiting for the file system to initialize. The volume has been ejected. You can use the init_timeout mount option to wait longer.

I am running OSX Leopard with Win XP on a bootcamp partition. I have been getting this message along with inability to use my Parallels tools. I would also get a message about a ccApp error every time I tried to shut down XP. Furthermore, when I tried to shut down, I would get the screen saying that windows is shutting down.... and it would never shut down.

Anyways, to make a long story short, I downloaded build 5584. I uninstalled my previous build and installed my new one. Now everything works perfectly.
