Business account - Main Administrator Access

    We currently have a Parallels Enterprise account that is giving the error that we have reached our maximum activations. We have attempted de-activating the previous device with no success.

    Our Admin who typically manages our portal is currently on Furlough, and we have no one else who has access to it. It's been requested I find how to request I be added as an Admin for our Parallels admin portal so that I can manually verify our Parallels licenses and de-activate any unused machines.

    How can we go about getting this done?

    We like to inform you that there are three Admins in the Business Account "Michel Rivella", "Sreedhar Bhamidipaty" and "Paul Mendelson". You can contact anyone of these Admins to send you an Admin invite so you will have Admin privileges.
