Hello, I just installed a fresh Mojave "server" sort-of, logged in in my account and found no products nor licenses. I was looking for pricing and information on a standard license for our Mojave trial server. I entered the activation key to check past purchases and a pop up came up that the activation key was blacklisted! As the PD instances run in the background there was no issue until today. As soon as I started the desktop Mac application, our productive servers got blocked! The key is for PD 10 running on Yosemite servers. The servers are heavily configured with VPNs DNS Open Directory etc and therefore any upgrade of the OS is out of the question. That's the reason we had no need to upgrade. We know that PD 10 is unsupported as is Yosemite. The license though has a three years maintenance period, not operation! If Parallels want to have a yearly fee, it is fine if stated on the license! We have productive applications running on Windows machines and I can't believe that Parallels treat business customers this way! Anybody can give me an explanation why the license key was blacklisted? Thanks.
Indeed. But you didn't provide a business solution. Our company is loosing thousands of USD due to the abrupt deactivation. Please unblock the key so that we can work today! In parallel we seek how to obtain a license key and download for Parallels 13. Will a key bought with Parallels Desktop 14 work with a PD13 installation? Last but not least. Please provide a document of 2015, where it clearly mentions that Maintenance is construed as an active subscription. I couldn't find the reference in the license document I provided to you.
You can reply to the Facebook message for further information regarding the business license. If you buy Parallels Desktop 14 permanent key, it cannot be used but if you buy the subscription then you can use it with previous version.
