Hi, I am thinking to download Parallel 9 recently. But my macbook only has 128G storage.

I am wondering if I could install Parallel and related windows programs all on a external hard drive.

And in terms of the dividing the storage between windows and Mac, can I only use the external hard drive instead of the macbook 128G?

    Thanks a lot.

P.S, I had ungraded to Mavericks.

    Hi XiLmini,

Yes you can install Parallels Desktop application in an external hard-drive and access it in your Mac.

Please visit our official website to purchase Parallels Desktop :
    http://www.parallels.com/

To install Windows VM, please follow the KB article link : http://kb.parallels.com/en/4729

During the installation of VM in the Step 6 of the KB article, change the Location to your External Hard-disk to have all the file related to VM in external hard-disk.

    Thanks,
    Abdul
