Can I return an upgrade purchase?

    Hi,
    I recently upgraded my Mac and because my version of Parallels was so old, it wouldn't run.
    So I bought the upgrade and ran it. However, I can't find the original licence key. So I have re-purchased a new product version.
    Can I return the upgrade?
