Can I upgrade to Parallels 17 from a Parallels 12 License?

Hi there,

I received an email informing me that I can upgrade my Parallels 12 license for £39.99 to Parallels 17, which Im interested in doing. However, I read one your site that a upgrade can only be done from the 2 previous versions to the current one, which would mean the email i received in incorrect.

Can I please have a answer as to whether I will need to purchase a new 17 license as I would like to upgrade 2 of my 12 licenses on my account.
