Can not activate Parallels key because I don't have previous version key

    So, I purchased an upgrade key for Parallels 17 desktop for Home and Student because I thought it was the permanent license but it turn out that I need a previous version's key to activate. What should I do with my key now?

    Hello, please be informed that in order to activate Parallels Desktop for Mac Upgrade license you must have a Parallels Desktop legacy permanent license to act like the previous version key while activation. If you don't have any Parallels Desktop legacy permanent license, we will be able to initiate the refund for Parallels Desktop for Mac Upgrade license, so that you can purchase Parallels Desktop full license.

    Hi! I can't activate my parallels. I renew the subscription, but when i'm going to ativate ask to previous version key. But the previous key is the same and don't work!
