Can not enter my Account - Old Email Address no longer exists

    Same problem here old email ker**@**
    The system tries to send a email to the old address and not to the new one. How can I get in touch with you?

    Same issue here.
    I cannot log into Parallels web site. I enter my username (email address) and password, get to the screen where it says it sent a confirmation email to my email address so I can authorize the browser. However, I never get the email (not in Junk / Spam folders either), so I cannot access my account on the web site. Plus, because I can't log in, I can't submit a support ticket from the website. How do I fix? The account is not under this personal email address but my work one , which obviously I don't want to paste in a public forum.

    Hi as mentioned in my post, this was not against my personal gmail account (which has always worked) but rather against my work email address.

    I have entered an invalid email address when purchase Paralles Desktop pro for Mac upgrade.
    I used Jack*** instead Jack***
    The payment was carried out normally but I can't receive any information invoice and upgrade information too.
    How can I receive my purchase information.
