Can not install 2x Web portal 6.2-64bit - Admin rights fail

Hi,

I am just trying to install on a 2x GW Server the 2x Portal V6.2(528) -Windows 2003 R2 64bit. During installation i get the following error:

Administrators rights failed
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\2xWebService\settings

I am logged on as Domain-Admin and i can see the 2x WebPortal Dirs and i have full rights on it.

When i try to access i get the info:
Currently the web portal is not configured to connect with a 2X ApplicationServer. To configure, log in with a user having administrative rights on the web server machine.

But then i get an Servererror in application 2xWebPortal.

Please you can help me?

I have the same trouble even if I give full rights to my domain admin for this folder.
Is there something else to do ?

Are you by any chance running a non english operating system or active directory.
Please check if you have a group name called "Administrators" in your system
