Assuming you buy Parallels 17 and keep using when Parallels 18 is available, until Parallels 19 comes in... can you upgrade from P17 to P19 or do you always have to upgrade without any miss? Thanks.
Hello, if you are using Parallels Desktop 17 permanent license then you can only do updates, like from the 17.1.3 version to 17.1.4. For using Parallels Desktop 18 or 19 you need to purchase the upgrade license key.

Hello @Younes1 , yes. You can upgrade from Parallels Desktop 17 to Parallels Desktop 19. It is not mandatory to upgrade every version.
