Hello, my one year subscription expired and a try of renewal has been made and declined by my bank. I actually realised that I don't need your service anymore so I'm kind of glad it worked that way. The problem is that right now I cannot delete my subscription, or at least I'm not able to locate where I can do it. Can you please assist me into canceling any open subscription with my account? Hello, we've checked your subscription and it still auto-renewable. In order to turn the autorenewal off please check this KB article.
Thanks for the answer Maria. Unfortunately I opened the article and I'm not able to replicate the actions described in it. As you can see from the screenshot I attached in my first post, I don't have the button available to turn off the autorenewal. This is my Subscription Status. As you can see, next to Subscription Renewal I don't have a button to turn it off. This screenshot comes from the kb article. There is clearly a button to turn the subscription off. Can you please advice how to continue? Kind regards, Fabio
