I've spent way too much time looking for a way to contact you and apparently this is the best I can do. I cancelled my account last year when I got an autorenewal charge without any warning. I just now received another one a year later. There is nothing I can do in my dashboard and apparently no way to contact support. Cancel this renewal, cancel all future renewals, and please refund me for the latest charge. I will contest this with my credit card company as a next step.
