Cancel Subscription please..

    I would like to cancel my subsciption.
    I haven't changed my payment method but I believe it would be automatically paid tomorrow.
    If the payment hasn't been done I would just like to cancel my subscription
    but if the payment has been done, I would like a refund.

    Hello, about a month ago I used a Parallels Desktop and it subscribed automatically. I forgot to cancel my subscription. A couple of days ago on the 1st of April, my subscription auto-renewed itself without my desire. Is it possible to cancel my subscription and have my money refunded? Thank you in advance.

    Regarding your refund request, please note that Apple does not permit returns or offer refunds for products purchased through the App Store, including Parallels Desktop. As a result, Parallels can't process returns or refunds for Parallels Desktop sold by Apple.

    Hello,
    In order to manage auto-renewal of your subscription, follow the steps below:
    1. Sign to your Parallels account. Subscriptions on the Dashboard are divided by products. Click on Active subscriptions under one of the products to view the subscriptions list.
    2. Click on the subscription you'd like to manage.
    3. There's a Status box with the Subscription Renewal property. On means the automatic renewal of a subscription is enabled; Off means it's disabled.
    4. Manage auto-renewal by clicking on the Turn Off or Turn On button in the Status box.

    I would like to request a refund for my Parallels Subscription that went through yesterday, I thought I already cancelled it, but apparently it was still active. I have cancelled it again in the meantime, but would like a refund of the following reference number: 444831146

    Hello Jennifer,

    From the information available to us, your subscription was purchased through the AppStore.
    As such, you are required to manage the cancellation yourself.

    To do this, kindly follow the steps provided below on your Mac computer:
    1. Open the App Store app (Parallels Desktop).
    2. Click your name. If you can't find your name, click Sign In.
    3. Click Account Settings.
    4. Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.

    5. Next to the subscription, click Edit.
    6. Click Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel or Cancel Subscription button, the subscription is already canceled.
