Hello. I need to cancel my subscription. When I try resetting password with the email that the renewal email went to I never get the password reset email (and they are not in spam/junk). When I try another email address I get the password reset but I do not see any active products or subscriptions. I do not have the license key as the laptop that it was installed on is dead. There is no support phone number. There is no support email. There is no support chat. And Facebook and Twitter I am not getting any responses. How do I get help????
