Hello, I was actively working at a company, where we installed Parallels Desktop. I paid for it with my personal credit card, but linked it to my professional email-address. Because I am no longer working at the company, I don't have access to this email-address and I can not cancel the subscription. Please advise on canceling the parallels subscription. Kind regards.
