I paid my subscription via PayPal on the due date (Feb 21/2020), yet my subscription has now been cancelled.
Hi IanM12. We see that the payment has been failed due to incorrect payment details. Hence, we have resent the email to update the payment details. Click on the link from the email to update the details and the license key will be renewed after the successful payment.
I clicked on the payment box on the original notice I received to renew my subscription. So I don't see how my details would have been incorrect. However, according to my bank statement, it would appear that I have now paid for my subscription twice.
We can see the subscription is renewed only once. Do your bank statement shows two consecutive payments from Parallels? Can you send the screenshot of the bank statement in a private message?
I can't find where to send a private message. However, i'll attach the screen shots direct off my bank statement to this message. The screen shot dated 24 Feb 2020 is the questionable transaction. The 2nd screen shot is the one that was accepted. The reason the amount differs is because my bank hasn't applied the Foreign fee of Aud$0.41 as yet......Ian.
My second subscription payment has also been refunded, and my subscription cancelled, again. All attempts to renew seem to have failed. I've again paid for my subscription, (twice), but it still shows as expired on 1st March 2020. I have had no response from the support centre........Ian.
I do not have any order numbers, as neither transaction has been replied to. I paid with a credit card, but it obviously didn't go through, as neither transaction shows on my bank statement. I tried uninstalling Parallels Toolbox to start a subscription all over again, but it shows up as the same expired subscription as before the uninstall......Ian.
Once again I have tried to renew my subscription by credit card. I received the following message, but my subscription still shows it has expired. If I haven't received a satisfactory result within 7 days, I will cancel my subscription altogether.......Ian.
Maria, I logged out, & found I could take up another 7 days free trial. I did this, & hope that when I pay a 12 month subscription in 7 days, it will be successful.......Ian.
Maria, if I had purchase docs, then i'm sure I would have been subscribed. The only thing I have received is the message I posted the screenshot of in a previous post from Cleverbridge, dated Wednesday at 9.19pm. It states that "I will receive an email with further information at the appropriate time".... I have received No such email. As stated in my last message...I have taken another option of 7 days free trial. After which I will attempt to pay 12 months subscription. I that payment fails, then I will uninstall Parallels Toolbox permanently.......Ian.
Dear Ian, I've found your Cleverbridge order 212251511 and it has been refunded. If you decide to purchase Toolbox once again, please provide me with the purchase orders details once you purchased it, I'll check it from our side and contact Cleverbridge if necessary.
