cannot access to the virtual machine

Good day.
Yesterday I was unable to connect to my windows 11 machine. The machine starts but the mouse wasn't visible ad trying to access to folders always wen either an error.
Since I need absolutely to enter the machine I tried to resume a backup on the windows machine from Time Machine backups.
I did it but now as I try to open the machine I receive an error saying I have to privileges to open the machine. I did what suggested here https://kb.parallels.com/it/5796 but without success. The machine is still not reachable.
Any help?
