Cannot activate after hardware repair

    My Macbook Pro was in the shop and received a new logic board. Upon reopening Parallels it requests an activation but says I have reached my maximum number of activations.

    I've used one of my email support cases, but haven't heard back and it's been almost 24 hours.

    Please help!
