Cannot activate my toolbox on a new macbook

    Hi,
    I used a time machine to transfer old mac to the new one, the parallel desktop itself works fine, but the tool box cannot be activated.
    It shows the following message:
    This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again.
    Even though I am using the same account.

    Can you help? Thanks.

    I am having the same issue. New Mac, used the Apple transfer process from my old Mac, and get the same error message. Now my 'free' 5-day trial is expiring.

    Please provide us with the email address linked to the Parallels Toolbox license key.

    Thanks for all your help... I ended up having to repurchase the damn thing because I never got a response here. I already had a valid licenser, just needed help getting it to work.
