cannot activate parallels with pro abonnement

hi
i have a pro abonnement and I can't activate parallels now on my new macbook. it says the serial provided in the license information of the abo is an upgrade number and I need to insert an initial one which I don't have.

Hi, in order to install Parallels Desktop update, you need key from previous version.
If it's your first Parallels Desktop purchase you need the full key.
We can provide you with the refund and then you will be able repurchase full version. But we need the purchase order number from you, please reply us back with it.
