it also wont let me type a support ticket either it just finds subject of renew or delete subscription and how to delete. I cannot get to that section in my profile since it is greyed out. So I cannot write a support ticket and cannot get to section in profile to delete. This is very frustrating. I contacted support at Cleverbridge as well and my ticket is #10361014 and have hear nothing back.
