Cannot cancel subscription on my account no matter how many times I click to disable it

    Hi! I really need to cancel my subscription. I have clicked "turn off autorenewal" a million times in my account. I cannot turn off my subscription or remove my payment card. Can somebody help me?

    Please logout from your account login into it and check the issue.
