Cannot Compress Bloated XP Disk

    How can I decrease the size of my .HDD file which is now bloated up to 27GB but I have only 5GB of files on the HDD? Parallels Compressor does not work. It tried to compress the Hard Disk but then failed. See attached screen shots.

    Use Parallels Image Tool and increase capacity at 100mb, after that use Compact
