I using Parallels 6 and converted a Parallels 3 file (Windows VM). Now, I am not able to delete snapshots from that file; nor am I able to compress the file. I did follow instructions for KB 9165 (http://kb.parallels.com/en/9165/), but command-line merge didn't work either. I also tried a command-line compress on the file. After both of those steps, I still cannot delete the snapshots nor compress the image from the GUI. Environment: MacBook, 2 Ghz Core 2 Duo, 4GB ram w/2GB configured for VM, Parallels 6.0.11994. (I did submit a support ticket, but it was labeled "Enhancement". ) Thanks for any help.
