I have just purchased Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac Premium Edition for my new MacBook (my first Mac). Clicking on the download link provided on the order confirmation brings up a new Safari window with no address which does nothing but sit there. When I go to parallels.com/en/download and click on the DMG Package link as instructed, I get a request for me to log in. But the log-in refuses to accept my email address which I know that I used when I bought it, and when I try to register again I get a message saying Please, read License Agreement. I click OK, but no license agreement appears for reading, and it will not register me without reading the nonexistent license agreement. I'm stuck! I cannot even download the software I just payed for. I guess I might have to just wait for the CD to arrive by mail.
