Hello, Before El Capitan I was able to drag and drop photos out of iPhoto. Since Photos.app is default, I cannot drag and drop or copy paste photos from photos.app OSX to Windows. I've tried both Parallels desktop 10 & 11 and Windows 7 and 8. Is it possible to fix this issue? The
Hello Sander, Please reinstall Parallels Tools as suggested in this article. If the issue persists, Please try this article to fix the issue.
Hello Paul Chris, I've tried it but without luck. I thought it was working, because I could reproduce the problem on my own Mac, it only works when all checkmarks are marked that are in the settings panel of parallels. After trying on the Mac where the problem was, the problem still occurs. I've the latest version installed of Parallels Desktop for Mac 11. Tried both windows 7 and windows 10. Enabled the following options: Share Mac All Disks Share Mac User folders with windows Shared Cloud SmartMount Share Windows - Shortcuts - Share OndeDrive Copy Paste - Share mac clipboard -preserve text formatting Copy paste isn't working on photos.app (the new iPhoto) files. Copy paste is working on normal regular files from finder. When copying a photo to the finder and then to parallels desktop, it works. So it looks like parallels desktop can't handle photos.app
