I recently purchased a MacBookPro and they installed Parallels for me. Had a local tech come out to network the Mac to my windows network and he total made a mess (he knew nothing about Parallels). Had to bring my Mac back to Apple and the reinstalled everything. Now on my Windows side I cannot access the CD/DVD Drive. Can anyone help. I have only been a Windows user my whole life and know nothing on the Apple side yet. However, I need to get our Business software on the Windows side and without the CD/DVD Drive I'm dead. Thanks
Hello, please open 'Configuration Editor' of your VM ('Edit' -> 'Virtual Machine') -> 'CD/DVD-Rom' tab and select 'Use CD/DVD-Rom' there. Will it help? Best regards, Stacey
