I have an iMac with Leopard, and have installed Windows XP with Boot Camp.
XP runs fine when I boot into it from Boot Camp. I have installed Parallels 3.0,
with the update from the web, build 5160. On my first install, I corrupted the XP
installation, so I have re-installed XP, and Parallels and reinstalled each. I just
launched Parallels, and in started XP. Parallels tools were installed. I cannot
get the mouse to respond, although I can log into XP using the keyboard. I
can use cntrl-alt to get back control of the mouse after I click in the VM, but the
mouse does not respond in the VM. Any thoughts?

Are you using a Bluetooth or USB mouse? if USB, you may have to enable the device in Parallels in Host OSX, if not done already.
