Cannot install Parallel tools for windows 10 bootcamp partition

Hi.
Im trying to install parallels to run my .NET development IDE in OSx. I have a bootcamp partition that I have been using for some months and its working fine. But I cannot install the parallel-tools. Can someone help me to spot what is going wrong with the installation. It just says it fails and that I need to reboot my computer.

I have attached the logs. Hope someone could help me because if it worked it would be very awesome
