Cannot install XP error code 14, File \i386\l-intl.nls cannot be loaded

    So I installed the Parallels program and started to install windows XP and every time it starts to setup the installation it gives me this message:

    "File \i386\l_intel.nls could not be loaded
    The error code is 14"

    Anyone know how to fix this problem?
