Cannot log into Windows XP after 4.0 upgrade

    I get sent to manual mode in the upgrade process. When the vitual machine starts, I get to the Windows Press Ctr-Alt-Delete to begin dialog box, but I can't use the keyboard or the menu Send Keys to do those key strokes. What should I do?
