Cannot log on to Parallels acces

    Logging on From one computer everything works fine.

    When I try logging on from another computer I get the message:

    Confirm This Web Browser
    To prevent unauthorized access to your data, you must confirm that this Web browser is approved to connect to your remote computers. Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email that was sent to your email address tom.waterloo@gmail.com. If you can`t find the email - check a SPAM folder.

    I click on the email (using the 2nd computer) and I keep getting the same message. When I try logging on from my first computer everything works fine.

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hello Thomas. After clicking on the e-mail, did you follow the instructions to the point where the browser on the 2nd computer is verified? If yes, then the next time you are prompted to verify the browser, click on 'Already Confirmed' and let us know if you can proceed.
