I rarely login to my console. I tried to login today to do the upgrade and received an error of the user is not allowed to connect to the Parr... 2x App Server. Please contact the administrator to add to the administrators list. I am the only one that has ever logged in with my account or the admin account. Neither will work. Is there a way to determine what account is able to login or add my account? At this point I just need a way to get in to the console. Thanks Erik
