Has anyone run into this issue yet? 1. Used Parallel Transport to move PC (windows 8.1) to USB storage 2. Used Parallel on Mac to begin migration 3. Parallel recognized the external storage, found the the right file PVM 4. Then the message cannot proceed, contact support team. I am a new mac user, but long time engineer. Support team - if we need to do a remote support session to debug, we can do so.
