I have been trying for days to renew my subscription, Everytime I renew it says that I will get an email in an hour. Since I don't have a subscription I cannot file a ticket Since I don't have a ticket I cannot talk to anyone. I have tried reaching out on Facebook and twitter with no response. Please take my money and let my company use Parallels again
