    Hi,

I installed Parallels 3 yesterday and now I can't get into Vista via Bootcamp or Parallels.

When the machine boots I get the following message:

    An error has occurred.

    Code:
    0xC004E002

    Description:
The Software Licensing Service reported that the licencse store contains inconsistent data.

    Any ideas?

This is with a properly-licensed and previously-activated copy of Vista Ultimate that was working fine before installation of Parallels 3.

    Many thanks,

    Hello ifenn

We have issued an emergency update for Parallels Desktop 3.0 – build 4128: http://download.parallels.com/v3/en/GA/Parallels Desktop 4128 Mac en.dmg

    1. Download build 4128
    2. Install build 4128
    3. Reboot MacOS X (seems you need to do this because of services from build 4124 is still running after build 4128 is installed).
    4. Create your Vista VM using custom from Boot Camp partition
    5. Install Parallel Tools, and allow the various drivers to install
