Cannot start any virtual machine

Hi, I have the following problem. I have Parallels Desktop 17 and a virtual machine with Windows 10. Everything was working great until a few days ago Parallels at startup throws a message: "Error during operation". - "Unable to perform operation" without any error message. Nothing has been changed in the system or in the parallels configuration. I thought a windows 10 file was corrupted. I created a machine with Debian and a new one with windows 10 and each time there is the same result. When trying to boot. It throws the same error. It did not help to reinstall parallels. Support told me to reinstall parallels tools but this option in parallels desktop client is disabled.
I'm asking for help. I need access to a virtual machine to work.
