Cannot Transfer License to New Mac - Activation Limit Reached(새 맥북으로 라이선스 이전 안됨 - 인증 한도 초과)

Hello,
I recently replaced my Mac for the second time and attempted to activate Parallels on the new device.
However, I received a message saying that the activation limit has been reached.

There was no issue during the first replacement, but this second one triggered the error.
I am no longer using the previous device and just want to activate the license on my new Mac.
Could you please help me transfer the license or reset the activation?

최근 맥북을 두 번째로 교체하고 패럴럴즈를 새 기기에서 활성화하려고 했는데,
"인증 한도에 도달했습니다"라는 메시지가 나타납니다.

첫 번째 교체 때는 문제없이 활성화되었지만, 이번 두 번째 교체에서는 이 오류로 인해 진행이 안 되고 있습니다.
기존 기기는 더 이상 사용하지 않으며, 새 맥북에서 정당하게 사용하려는 상황입니다.
