Cannot transfer my account to new computer

    I changed my Macbook. Signed out of Parallels on the old machine and when I tried to activate it on the new one put in the key of v12 and, as it is an upgrade licence, the previous v11 as requested.
    Error: "The product key of a previous version of Parallels Desktop has been not accepted on the license server."
    I tried to put in the key of my first v8, the answer is the same.
    I am a Parallels user since 2012.
    Please advise
