Yesterday, when I installed Parallels on my MacBrook Pro, I was asked to choose either Windows XP or Windows Vista as part of the installation process. I chose Windows XP, but then I encountered problems with the Microsoft disk and consequently, the install of Windows XP with Parallels was never completed. I have now uninstalled and reinstalled Parallels three times now, but each time I am unable to choose Windows Vista (since I purchased brand new software to start clean.) I keep getting the same error message over and over that Windows XP is not installed properly. Could someone help me with how I can "wipe the slate clean" so to speak so that I can really start over with a clean install of Parallels with Windows Vista? Thanks.
Thanks I appreciate the help today. Everything is now working fine. Parallels Desktop for Mac is amazing!
