Cannot Update Parallels to 8.0.18494

    When I launch Parallels it says there's an update 8.0.18494 available, but when I click to install, it crashes out and never updates. How can I delete the bad install file, or figure out what's preventing the update?

    I am having the exact same problem. Really keen to get this resolved as this updates has some Office 2013 updates I would like benefit from

    Only I am trying to upgrade to: Parallels Desktop for Mac 8.0.18608
