Cannot upgrade parallels tools

    Cannot upgrade parallels tools. A window appears when I login to my windows 7 VM and it tries to download parallel tools but fails when it reaches about 40%. I cannot close that window.

    Hello JenniferH2, please uninstall if there is Anti-Virus installed on Windows virtual machine. If the issue persists, please refer to this article and let us know how it works.
