    Hi,
Istalled a new printer; set to default printer in VM configuration. Works, but something strange:

Im my VM everything is printed in landscape. Whatever I do. How to solve this?
(ofcourse the printersettings are set to portret and on mac-side it prints in portret)

I have PD 3.0 built 5608 (gonna buy 4.0 today)

    Ephra,

Using your printer as per default may not allow you to use all of its functionality. Could you try setting it up as a network printer as per this article:

    thanks for the quick reply,

I guess I set it up to usb and install the whole bunch, cause I don't wanna use bridged ethernet. (I prefer to use shared networking)

    Hi again

I changed my mind and want to try to set up a network printer. I am not able to do it though: I don't understand how exactly.
In the documentation-link you gave me I want to know how to accomplish this step:

    3. "Continue an ordinary network printer installation." (the documentation on microsoft.com doesn't help)
I have no clue how to do this. I only get from "browse for printer"(guess I have to choose this option???) : microsoft windows-netwerk. Everything else I try (url adress printer?????) I get a red cross error.

Can you please help in clear steps how to set this up?
    thanks

    Hello,

You should go to Start menu -> Control Panel -> Printers and Faxes -> Add a printer
You will see Add new Printer Wizard. Click Next and choose A network printer.
Browse for a printer. The Wizard should find the printer connected to Mac (it should be switched on).
