I have a CanoScan Lide 210 scanner attached to my iMac and it functions properly under Yosemite. However, I have not been able to run the scanner from Win 8.1 or 10 as Windows (running under Parallels 10) cannot find the scanner and it is not listed in devices. I tried the KB but cannot find a solution.

Try to download the Canon Drivers from Windows, then add a new printer in windows, it should work.

Thanks for the suggestion. I deleted all the old drivers and downloaded the latest version but Windows still cannot "see" the scanner. Do I need to change any Parallels settings?

:) After trying various things I clicked on the USB Controller icon on the Parallels Toolkit and found the scanner listed. When I clicked on it I then got a message that the scanner was connected to Windows. Checked with the Windows Scan app and everything seems to be working OK. :)
