Can't access business account, Twitter support not responding

    Hello, I have been trying to access my Parallels Business account for weeks and the Twitter support has not replied to my request for help for over two weeks. The last I heard from them, they said to email cs@parallels.com with my request but that email apparently does not exist and it bounced back. Can someone from Parallels please assist? Thanks!

    I saw your post about having trouble accessing your Parallels Business account. Have you tried reaching out to their customer service team yet? They might be able to help you out. You can find their contact info on their website or by doing a quick Google search.
