Can't access business account, Twitter support not responding

    Hello, I have been trying to access my Parallels Business account for weeks and the Twitter support has not replied to my request for help for over two weeks. The last I heard from them, they said to email with my request but that email apparently does not exist and it bounced back. Can someone from Parallels please assist? Thanks!
